Down a narrow winding lane in a quiet Somerset hamlet is Beaverbrook 20; a staggering barn conversion with the most incredible spa hall that has a heated pool, sunken jacuzzi and sauna. Upstairs there’s a belter of a games room with a pool table, air hockey, table football and table tennis; outside there’s a BBQ lodge and a play area. The whole place is commodious to the core and great for gatherings of 20-30 people.If you're celebrating a big birthday or anniversary, right in the middle of the humongous open plan living space is a whopper of a table that seats you all for a full-on feast.

What an impressive holiday house this is, with 9 en suite bedrooms arranged over 3 floors, a huge open plan living space downstairs, and a pool hall with full height doors you can push back to let the sunshine in. There’s a games area, a hot tub, BBQ lodge, play area, and out on the patio is a fantastic outdoor dining area – all with the backdrop of open fields. Lush.
