Honiton, Devon
This lively market town in East Devon has earned itself a reputation as the antiques capital of the South West, but it’s not all about old things! You’ll find a range of shops and on market days, stalls line the main street, giving the town a lovely vibe. In July don’t miss the Hot Pennies Day, celebrating a centuries old tradition where hot pennies are scattered from windows, and in August the Honiton Show.
