10/10 - We mostly stayed in the house the weekend - there was plenty for us to do, we chilled, played and had time in the hot tub. The cinema room was great - having a fire stick already available was great - we watched many xmas, overall was a great weekend celebrating my mum's 60th birthday. 10/10 - Great place to stay - plenty of room in the house for a large group but also very sociable; you didn't feel on top of each other but also not too separated. Enormous kitchen and dining area, cinema room, living room and games area. Very well equipped for a large group (2 of everything - dishwashers, w/machines, tumble dryers, microwaves, fridges, freezers). Nice outdoor facilities - garden, hot tub and patio, BBQ, swings, all in a secure walled area safe for kids. Really enjoyed our stay! - Warnett

10/10 - We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Dustings, 7 adults, 2 children and our dogs, plenty of room to all enjoy with secure garden, barbecue (take coals) and hot tub. Dustings is down a long lane, nearest shops were a car journey of about 3 miles. Perfect place in the country with quality furnishings. Dunster Castle is a lovely day out. - Mattick

10/10 - Everything was perfect. The staff at Sleeps12 gave us great communication when needed and were a huge help. Bobbie and Nick at Dustings were amazing too, they helped with anything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was exceptional, the little touches, like robes and freshly made cookies were appreciated too. We're looking to arrange another trip soon. Huge thanks to everyone. - Blandford
10/10 - The property was really clean and very spacious and everything you needed was there. The games room, hot tub and garden were perfect for our mixed aged group. The owner was very friendly and on hand if needed. The views from the property were fabulous. It was the perfect place for us to meet as a family group to celebrate a special birthday. We can recommend beautiful walks in the Quantock Hills...followed your suggestions, one from Fyne Bridge and one from Cothelstone Hill. - Moore
9/10 - Lovely property for a family get together. Everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. With the pool table, film room, books and hot tub - there was plenty to keep all ages entertained. We loved the lounge space - it had a great view and was perfect for playing board games. A memorable weekend. Nice dog walking from the property and a 10min drive away. - Webber

10/10 - We had the most wonderful weekend at Dustings. Bobbie, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming and left us some lovely flapjacks for our arrival. I would absolutely recommend a visit here, it is a lovely, quiet spot which was just what we needed for some R&R. We're already planning our next visit! - Marsden

8/10 - A few things to note - Oven gloves missing. Mirror missing in one of the bathrooms. Cinema room unable to play DVD or Blu Ray. Sky movies available but unable to down-load due to very slow internet. A cheap Blu Ray player therefore a must. Owner polite and welcoming but very strict on outside noise after 10pm. - Manning
Response: "Oven gloves are provided for all bookings at Dustings. We do not supply a DVD or Blu Ray option in the cinema room, this has SKY. Sadly the rural internet is not as fast as we would like and unfortunately out of our control. We do ask for consideration of neighbouring properties". Owner
10/10 - The property is very impressive and owners very welcoming. Set in a beautiful, peaceful location. Comfy beds, with lovely little touches like the toiletries, robes, towels and a water bottle for each person. Massive dining table!!! Lots of space for the kids to run about and play, and adults enjoyed hot tub and pool table. Maybe could add some garden seats/loungers to enable adults to enjoy grass area, while kids play. 9/10 - Dustings is a stunning property. Very spacious, good sized safe garden for dogs and children. Lovely walks around the fields. Bobbie and Chris were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Games room and cinema room great. Good kitchen size and facilities. We just felt it would have been good if there had been some comfortable seating outside, and in the kitchen /dining area. A shortage of shelving space in bathrooms for toiletries and hooks for hanging up towels etc. Bath mats and a hand towel per room rather than one to share between two rooms. Perhaps a chair in the bedrooms too would have been good there was one in bedroom 4. May not have been room in all but we're good size rooms. Beds comfortable and clean. The weather being lovely but very hot made it very hot at nighttime. Maybe a fan in each bedroom would be nice. But overall everyone enjoyed there time here and thought the facilities were very good. Was such a shame our Dad didn't make it as he chose this property, he would have agreed with our comments. Good luck Bobbie on your new venture we wish you well. Would love to come back one day. 10/10 - The property was amazing we had all we needed feel like they’d thought of everything and in such a beautiful location every where was very clean with lovely decor. the space was perfect for our needs. The booking process was all very easy and all the information we needed was provided with easy access. - Bray
