9/10 - We really loved the farmhouse and the setting. We had the added bonus of four beautiful houses in the field next door which the children and adults loved. I think the outdoor space is amazing for families and large groups and facilities like the hot tub, swim spa added the wow factor. I would definitely recommend frog street to friends etc and book again myself. - Harris

10/10 - The house was beautiful everything you needed and more would definitely recommend staying here with the family and friends the kids love every minute lots for them to do. The only thing I can say to improve the experience would be the garden could do with is a few more lights for the evening and a few patio heaters as the patio area is so lovely to seat out in the evening but obviously in April gets a little chilly so you could stay out there a little longer. But that is all I would improve myself everything was wonderful. Will definitely return. - Johnson

10/10 - Wow, this house is beautiful, amazing facilities (especially the indoor hot-tub and BBQ hut!) the house has everything you need and the hosts are great, leaving all the little extras you may forget to buy from the shop, as well as a lovely homemade cake! We will definitely be back at this house, worried to stay anywhere else incase it doesn’t live up to this stay! We didn’t venture out into town as we felt we really didn’t need to, the house was so cosy and had everything you needed. Thank you again for an amazing break, we hope to be back soon! - Witney

10/10 - A lot of consideration has been given to a whole host of different wants and needs. It’s a very impressive holiday let for a chilled experience. I would be clutching at straws to offer feedback on how to improve. For example an outside shower would be handy for the spa pool and hot tub area, but really not necessary. 10/10 - We enjoyed everything about our stay the, bath robes were great kept us warm outside at night. The outside space is great would recommend a cushion on the chairs. Dining room is great lovely large table everything you need in kitchen even coffee for the machine although we didn't find them till we were leaving. Only negative was wasps but we coped. 10/10 - We enjoyed a trip and a tour to Harry's Cider which was about 30 mins drive away. Good way to spend the afternoon, especially as the weather wasn't great this weekend. Less rain would have been nice :-) Other than that, we had a wonderful time. Owners were friendly and helpful, even when we couldn't see a cafetiere that was hiding in plain sight. - Brown

10/10 - Beautiful house. Very well equipped kitchen. Loads of sitting areas inside and outside the house so all 12 of us could sit together. BBQ hut a brilliant extra, also well equipped. Swim spa and hot-tub great. Hot tub would be better if it was bigger and it would be advantageous to have a toilet in this area. Grounds, house and outdoor facilities beautifully decorated and 10/10 for cleanliness. Lovely welcome from the owners. Very tasty cake and fresh eggs provided. 8/10 - Enjoyed dining outside areas especially. Don't get us wrong we had a lovely time but the main pool was hardly used as too cold. Elderly parents unable to use Hot tub as no steps. No champagne flutes. Outside lights should have come on 30 minutes earlier as we were sitting in the dark one night. - Flint

10/10 - The setting is beautiful and the amenities are very good. We used all the various dining areas and especially enjoyed the top patio area for group dining. The house has good kitchen amenities and the BBQ lodge was also another plus. It’s probably not an easy thing to add but an outside showering facility would have helped us to shower before using hot tubs. Also if pool towels could be provided that would be a helpful addition. A small observation is that if the wi fi signal could be improved it would also be a bonus, especially at the lounge end of the house. Overall we have used many sleeps 12 properties and this was one of our favourites. - Turner

9/10 - Frog Street is a truly wonderful place to stay. The outside area is incredible (the views from the hot tub are divine!) and so peaceful. The inside is beautiful and practical for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped and the homemade cakes and brownies when we arrived were a lovely touch. The only thing that could be improved on is to replace the mattress in the Garden Room - it's really uncomfortable and lumpy (the others are fantastic though). Cushions for the sunloungers would be good too. We really hope to return again, thank you so much for having us! Tiverton canal horse drawn barge followed by afternoon tea. - Matcham

The hot tub and swim spa set in the lovely grounds were a welcome addition and we enjoyed the bbq lodge. I would not hesitate to recommend the property and it really made my 50th birthday to have such a wonderful place to celebrate with friends and family. Wooky hole and cheddar gorge for the caves.
