There’s a real beach vibe about Blue Groove, but it's kind of what you'd expect from a trendy café at this surfer’s hot spot in Devon; it's undeniably laid back from breakfast time to late at night. Needless to say, it's a popular spot, especially in the summer when Croyde sees an influx of holiday makers.
The food goes down very well, if you'll excuse the pun; they have curry nights, steak nights and seafood nights, and a firm favourite is the moules frites that they serve. The evening menu has some irresistible temptations, including some good veggie options - Five Bean Enchiladas, Roasted Cauliflower & Chickpea Curry, Salt & Pepper Squid, and Caribbean Lamb Curry. Families, kids and dogs are all welcome; there’s a sunny terrace and a garden so you can sit outside when the weather is nice, otherwise be part of the upbeat ambience in the light and airy conservatory.
