BBQ: Gas BBQ for use from Easter to the end of October, gas provided.
BBQ Lodge: This can be used year round. 1 bag of charcoal is provided, more can be purchased from the owners prior to your stay.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen, cot mattress sheets, bath robes for guests aged 12 years+, and house towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate non-slip footwear for use in the pool hall.
CCTV/Noise Monitors: Security cameras operate on the outside areas at Haydays, including the play areas. Please see CCTV At Your Large Group Holiday House for more information.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay.
Coffee Machine: Neff built-in coffee machine (beans not supplied), 2 cafetieres.
Cots: 1 full size cot available on request. This is for infants aged 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: Sorry, pets are not allowed at this property.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (wine glasses, champagne flutes, highball glasses, tumblers).
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap.
Welcome Packs of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryers in all bedrooms, iron and ironing board.

Features: Private indoor pool hall with heated pool, hot tub, shower, changing rooms and table tennis, games room, BBQ lodge, play equipment and trampoline.
Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
Games Room: Full size pool table.
Garden: Large secure grounds with lawns and patio.

Highchairs: 1 highchair and 1 booster seat available on request.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is in the pool hall and is for use until 10pm. It seats 6-7.
Kitchen/Utility: 2 electric ovens, 1.5 warming ovens, combi oven, 5 ring induction hob, 2 dishwashers, 2 tall fridge/freezers, Zip tap for chilled or boiling water, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Music: Bose Bluetooth speaker and portable speakers in the pool hall. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.
Pizza Oven: Gas pizza oven for use Easter to the end of October, gas provided. See the perfect Homemade Pizza Dough recipe.
Rooms: 5 bedrooms (2 ensuite shower rooms), family bathroom, large kitchen, dining room/orangery, large living room, games room, utility room, pool hall, 4 WCs.
Room Configurations: All bedrooms have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins. Bedroom 2 has an additional single bed, Bedroom 5 has 2 extra singles, one of which has a pull out guest bed – so this room can sleep 5.
Stairgates: There are fixed stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Swimming Pool: The pool is in the pool hall off the games room. It is heated to 28-30 degrees, measuring 16ft x 32ft, with a constant depth of 4.6ft. There are steps in the pool to aid access. If guests wish to bring their own inflatables to use in the swimming pool these must not contain glitter.
TVs: SKY Sports & Movies in the living room, Smart TVs in games room, kitchen and bedrooms 1-4. Note that the same Sky channel can be accessed in all rooms.
Wifi: Rural fibre.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
