Haydays is a luxury modern holiday house for groups, set on a hillside just outside the Mid Devon town of Cullompton. The M5 (J27-29) is just a short drive away and the local area is packed with things to see and do; there are family attractions, historic houses, beautiful gardens, beaches and countless places to eat within an easy drive. The house sleeps 14 and has an amazing pool hall with a heated indoor pool and hot tub, and a games room with a full size pool table. The large secure grounds are accessed via coded security gates and have a year round BBQ lodge and a play area.

A stone’s throw away, Cullompton is a historic market town with supermarkets, independent shops, a regular pannier market and a farmer’s market. Go and have a browse around, take your basket and fill it with bountiful produce that’s been made, grown or raised locally. Just a few miles away in Tiverton you can spend a few hours walking or cycling along the towpath of the Grand Western Canal, or take a leisurely trip on a horse drawn barge followed by cream tea at The Canal Tea Rooms & Garden. Spend a day discovering the vibrant city of Exeter, just a 20 minute drive away; see the fascinating collections at the RAM Museum, go see the glorious Gothic cathedral or have a tour of the medieval Underground Passages. Down at the quay you can scale dizzy heights at Clip n Climb or hire kayaks from Saddles and Paddles and wend your way along the calm waters of the Exe estuary to The Turf for lunch in the waterside garden.

If you like history and gorgeous gardens, check out Kia-ora Farm and Gardens, or Killerton and Knightshayes (both NT), with activities, and acres of parkland to stroll in. Take the kids for an exciting day out at Crealy Theme Park & Resort, Wildwood Escot, or spend the day on the beach at Exmouth. Closer to home there’s family fun to be had at The Bear Trail; grab yourselves a falconry experience at Yarak Bird of Prey Centre or let your inner daredevil loose at Land Rover Experience West Country near Honiton. If the great outdoors is calling, explore the Blackdown Hills, head down to the Haldon Forest Park for Go Segway and Go-Ape, or take a day trip to Exmoor National Park and see Watersmeet, Tarr Steps and The Valley of Rocks.

If homemade pub fare appeals book a table at The Ashill Inn, The Merry Harriers, The Culm Valley Inn, or Keepers Cottage Inn. For something more fancy go to The Pig At Combe, The Holt in Honiton or try The Bakehouse in Cullompton.

There’s heaps to see and do near Haydays, which is why it’s a great place to stay for all kinds of large group stays. There will be fun, there will be laughter, there will be wonderful memories. Book now!
